Season 1 Episode 6 // Faith in Action

Welcome back to An Abiding Life Podcast with your hosts, Hunter + Kait Poppa! In this episode, we talk about the crucial role that serving others plays in living an abiding life with God. We are called to step out in faith to serve others, meeting needs in the Name of Jesus by being conduits of His love as we live lives that are set-apart.

Here are a few reflection questions to keep in mind as you listen through this episode:
1. When you hear Jesus’s call to serve others, who comes to mind for you? What need do you feel tug on your heart? Is it someone specific? Or maybe a general need comes to mind like those facing unsafe housing, homelessness, hunger, or the need for a loving family?

2. If you aren’t already involved in a local ministry, what is a practical step you can take today to serve as Jesus’s hands and feet? Set some time aside to pray and talk about this with God.

3. If you are involved in a ministry, what is a way that you can involve your family or other members of your church body to participate?
